FAQ
If you would like to amend your order we are always happy to help ,but please bear in mind that all orders are dispatched on Saturday morning. If your order has already been dispatched it cannot be amended, so please ensure the address is correct!
If you did not select tracked postage in checkout, then your item cannot be tracked. However, if you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your order, feel free to send us a message!
If your order has not arrived yet, we will be able to assist you if the maximum estimated postage times have passed. These are as follows:
UK: 7 working days
USA and Canada: 25 working days
Europe: 15 working days
If you live anywhere else these times can vary, so please send us a message if you are worried! If the maximum estimated postage times have passed, we will be able to help you further.
All candles can be customised in pretty much any way you want - glitter, colour, scents - whatever you want! Obviously the listings as they are are what we recommend but if you fancy something different, send us a message!
